About the Atlantic Immigration Program
The Atlantic Immigration Program is an employer-driven PR pathway for skilled workers and international graduates with a job offer from a designated employer in Atlantic Canada.
No LMIA is required, processing is fast (6 months), and a settlement plan is mandatory — making AIP one of the most reliable employer-tied PR pathways available.
Eligibility
- Full-time job offer from an AIP-designated employer
- Skilled (TEER 0,1,2,3) or intermediate (TEER 4) work experience
- Language: CLB 5
- Education: Canadian high school or ECA-equivalent
- Settlement funds (waived for those already working in Canada)
