Overview

About the Study Permit

Since 2024, study permit applications must include a Provincial/Territorial Attestation Letter (PAL/TAL) confirming your program counts against the province's cap. Refusal rates for unverified applications have spiked.

We help select a PGWP-eligible DLI, manage PAL/TAL acquisition, prepare the financial package (GIC + tuition) and write a high-impact statement of purpose.

Eligibility
  • Letter of Acceptance from a DLI
  • PAL/TAL from the destination province
  • Proof of funds (often a GIC of CAD $20,635+ for SDS)
  • No criminal or medical inadmissibility
Documents
  • Offer letter from DLI, PAL/TAL letter, proof of funds (often GIC), language test, transcripts, statement of purpose, biometrics
