1.2 Consultation: Our initial consultation assesses your eligibility for various immigration programs and determines the most suitable course of action to achieve your goals.

1.3 Documentation: We assist clients in compiling and reviewing the documentation required for their applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Canadian immigration laws and regulations.

1.4 Representation: As an expert licensed firm, we act as authorized representative on behalf of clients, liaising with IRCC and other authorities to facilitate smooth processing of your application.

2.1 Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Any inaccuracies or omissions may result in delays or rejection of the application.

2.2 Timely Communication: Clients are expected to maintain open and timely communication with SkyPod throughout the immigration process, responding promptly to requests for additional information or clarification.

2.3 Payment Obligations: Clients are required to fulfill payment obligations as outlined in the retainer agreement. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.

3.1 Privacy Policy: SkyPod Immigration Consulting respects the privacy and confidentiality of client information. We adhere to strict privacy policies under PIPEDA and the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.

3.2 Non-Disclosure: All information provided by clients is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of fulfilling immigration-related obligations.

4.1 Disclaimer: While SkyPod strives to provide accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee the approval of any application. Final decisions lie with IRCC and other immigration authorities, and we cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from their decisions.

4.2 Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold SkyPod Immigration Consulting harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of our services or reliance on information provided.

5.1 Modification of Terms: SkyPod reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients to review these terms periodically.

5.2 Continued Usage: Continued usage of our services following modification of terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
